Abilene Christian University is a 208-acre campus located 180 miles west of Dallas/Fort Worth. It was established in 1906 in Abilene, Texas. The College of Biblical and Family Studies is a reflection of the university’s commitment to train people in the Christian faith. Abilene Christian University is affiliated with the Churches of Christ. All faculty members are devout Christians.

The College of Biblical and Family Studies offers three academic programs of study:

The Bible, Missions and Ministry Program offers a bachelor of arts degree to men and women preparing for a career in missions and ministry.

The Department of Marriage and Family Therapy is a 60-hour graduate program that combines theory, clinical studies, faith, and learning.

The Graduate School of Theology combines rigorous Bible study, theology, church history, ministry, and leadership to professionals who want a higher level of training.
