Associate Dean, Palmer Theological Seminary

Ph.D., Temple University,
M.S., Villanova University,
B.A., Messiah College,

Foundational to the joy I experience at Palmer is that my work aligns closely with my life mission: helping others individually and corporately to be and to do our best with what the Lord has given.

Colleen Di Raddo focuses her time and energy at Palmer on working for change at both the individual and organizational levels. She observes, “Learning in any context constitutes change. For faculty to teach in new ways or for students to grasp and apply a new concept is to learn and thus to change.”

Dr. Di Raddo has benefited from specialized training in areas such as human dynamics, group development, and authentic leadership. Prior to coming to Palmer, she served as Director of Distance & Technology Enhanced Learning at Eastern University, where she was also an adjunct professor, teaching courses in a variety of areas, including Organizational Management, Management of Information Systems, Cross-cultural Communication, and Conflict Mediation.
Colleen has also taught at Wilmington (Delaware) College and Temple University in Philadelphia. At Palmer she teaches courses on topics related to organizational dynamics and group development, and is also an academic advisor.

In her role as a consultant in group organizational development, Dr. DiRaddo has extensive experience working with churches, parachurch organizations, and individuals, helping them to identify and accomplish their goals. She is a member of the American Society of Training & Development; the Professional & Organizational Development Network in Higher Education;
the International Association for the Promotion of Christian Higher Education; and the American Society for Curriculum Development.
