” I love my work with teenagers and adults in the parish. This experience provides an invaluable counterpoint to my enthusiasm for theory and history, and informs all of my teaching at Knox. I’m deeply interested in the implications of music’s large role in defining and nurturing the Christian community and the role of music as a powerful agent of pastoral care. I’m excited about opportunities for worship where outward acts are illuminated by inward light.”
