The Rev. Dr. Sheryl Kujawa-Holbrook has worked with individuals and groups across the church who are interested in moving into deeper relationship with the liberating love of God for over 25 years. As a priest, teacher, counselor, facilitator, spiritual director, and administrator, her ministry is focused on the themes of wholeness and transformation. Dean Kujawa-Holbrook has traveled widely, and lectured and written on a wide range of topics, including spiritual formation, baptismal ministry, transformational leadership, racial justice, Anglican and Episcopal history and polity, English spirituality, youth ministries, pastoral care, and congregational studies. As a graduate of EDS, she is aware of the strengths of theological education at the school, and is committed to expanding those strengths into the next century.

Dean Kujawa-Holbrook is currently working on several projects, including a book for the Alban Institute (with Fredrica Harris Thompsett) on the ministries of the baptized in small, vital congregations; another Alban Institute project on interreligious cooperation in congregations; and, a collection of articles (edited with Karen B. Montagno) on the themes of pastoral care with oppressed communities.
