Siengsukon has been equipping Lao church leaders and pastors in North America as director and instructor of MBTS’s Lao School of Ministry since 1988.

He received a Doctor of Ministry at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and earned two M.Div. degrees – one from Thailand Baptist Theological Seminary and one in pastoral theology from Central Baptist Theological Seminary.

Siengsukon previously served as director for the Thailand Child Evangelism Fellowship from 1976-1979. He became a member of the Thailand Baptist Theological Seminary faculty in 1979 and served as dean of student life there from 1979-1982. After moving to the United States, Siengsukon founded New Life Baptist Mission at Nall Avenue Baptist Church in Kansas.
His research interests are in Asian church planting. His dissertation was titled “Equipping Lao Southern Baptist Pastors and Leaders to Determine the God-given Vision for Their Church and Implement a Strategy Plan Based Upon that Vision.”

Siengsukon and his wife, Montira, have served the Lord in partnership since 1975 after both first graduated from Thailand Baptist Theological Seminary. Montira earned a Master of Arts in Religious Studies. They have two sons, Tim, who is married to Katie, and Tom.
