Dr. Kiedis is currently Lead Pastor at Spanish River Church in Boca Raton. He brings with him over 25 years of teaching and leadership experience. His areas of expertise are teaching, leadership development, global outreach, and applied theology. He is also Director of Global Outreach at Spanish River where he oversees their church planting efforts in the U.S. and eight other countries. Most recently he was Director of Leadership Development at Reformed Theological Seminary – Boca Raton, as well as Adjunct Professor of Leadership Studies for RTS. He has also served as Dean of the Chapel and Assistant Professor of Ministry at Palm Beach Atlantic University where he shared his gifts of teaching and leadership development with the faculty and students.

His pastorates have included Palm Beach Community Church (1985-2002) and Memorial Presbyterian Church (2005-2007) and Spanish River Church (2007 – Present). Dr. Kiedis has been responsible for preparing leadership development curriculum for the church and academy, both on the undergraduate and graduate level. He has also created and participated in training conferences and seminars for effective ministry leadership in the US and abroad.

Tommy enjoys spending time with his wife, Shannan, and their six grown children (and two more by marriage), and two grandchildren. He also enjoys baseball, reading, traveling the US and abroad, and hot rods—especially American muscle cars.
